It is an innovative automatic unit for a quality final pressing of jackets’ shoulders. Perfect orthogonal pressing thanks to the revolutionary device, for upper shapes which allows the movement in every direction. The downward head movement is controlled by two cylinders: one controls the descent speed granting a very fast approaching while the second controls the pressure and the sponging positions. Steam heated shapes. The upper shapes are steaming and the lower ones are fitted with vacuum. The machine is complete with electronic hand safety device, manual controls fitted on the upper shapes, foot pedals for vacuuming and approaching.
