  • Supreme double position elastic joining machine realizes full automatic operation including automatic selection ,automatic cut ,automatic joining ,automatic collection and automatic mark. 1 work is able to operate multi machines ,1 machine can process 7000-8000 elastics / 8h.
  • Joining method :Flat joining and overlap joining.
  • Joining Length :120mm-999mm Width :10mm-60mm
  • Feeding wheel:Use needle wheel material selection method ,make sure the error of length is inside 1mm.
  • Mental detecting method : the machine will cut automatically when encounter mental joint in
    cycling operation
  • Cutting Device: Using leading ultra-sonic device inside China to enable neat cutting.
  • Edge stitching: It will correct the deviation at the joining place to realize perfect stitch.
